Explore on foot or bicycle the 11 hectares of the Chateau’s
grounds and continue on for another 2 km through the
woods to reach the famous
Petites Dalles Beach.
The more sporty will enjoy the tennis
courts at 300 m from the Chateau, a horse
riding club at 800 m and of
a golf
course at 27 km in Étretat.
In Fécamp , there is the museum
of "terre-neuvas" which
is dedicated to fishermen that used to go to Newfoundland
and Iceland after cod. Don’t
forget to visit the Bénédictine
Museum and learn
about its famous liquor. Also visit the Church
of the Trinity and, just on its left side, the old
buildings of the Benedictine Abbey which date back
to Louis XVI
and now serve as the Town Hall.
